American Monopoly was created after my time living in the silicon valley.  I saw as trillion dollar  giants like Google, Amazon and Apple create a game in the bay area that no one else could afford to play.  As these monopolies grow, our choices as consumers and individuals diminish.  The board lists the net worth of these companies as the time of creation, which no one can afford to play, you just go around the game, paying rent until you run out of money.
