This wooden Trojan Steer was a study about the largest meat processing in our country that happened to be here in Greeley Colorado, JBS.  They are a subsidiary of a Brazilian company, JBSW which happen to be the largest in the world.  Cattle farming is one of the leading causes of deforestation of the Amazon.  Inside is a video sampled from news feeds portraying the devolution of this important ecosystem.
